We offer secure virtual telehealth therapy sessions which can be a flexible option for busy schedules or those outside the area as we provided support to residents of NC and VA.

Yes, we accept the following insurance plans:  Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Oxford, Oscar and United Health Care. If your insurance provider is not listed, please contact us for more information. Self-pay options are also available. do not see your plan please contact us for additional details. In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your goals and begin to identify the best approach to support you. It’s a safe, no-pressure space to share what feels comfortable.
